We have spent considerable time exploring how AI can address these challenges, developing tools to help families navigate complex systems and access personalised support. At Green Pearls Consulting, we translate research into real-world solutions for families, schools, and workplaces, fostering neurodiversity-affirming environments.
We address individual, family, and environmental factors, collaborate with other providers (speech, OT, etc.) and of course, you. We understand the broader societal context. Because your voice, your experience, matters. Nothing about you, without you.
About The Founder
Hello, I'm Mona, and my journey into neurodiversity advocacy is personal. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I've experienced the highs and the frustrations that so many families face—understanding the diagnosis, navigating confusing systems, battling fragmented services and funding cuts, and balancing family life. I've been in your shoes, and I know the emotional toll it takes. The uncertainty, and the isolation are real.
In my experience, I've also seen the struggles within education and the workplace. Teachers and employers often don't have the tools or the knowledge to support neurodivergent individuals effectively. As a parent, I've worried about my child's future—education, employment, independence. And, all too often, I've questioned if the world is truly ready to embrace neurodiversity in a meaningful way.
But I didn't stop at just living these challenges. Along with years of personal experience, I've invested in formal qualifications in autism to deepen my understanding. I created Green Pearls Consulting from this powerful combination of lived experience and professional expertise, with a clear mission: to help families, educators, employers, and communities move from frustration to empowerment.
I've harnessed the power of AI to develop tools that provide personalised support, making it easier for you to access the resources you need. Whether you're a parent, teacher, employer, or community leader, I'm here to guide you with practical solutions, just as I am doing for my own family.
